Here's a little background on your coach!

When Cathrine obtained her degree in Performing Arts & Dance, her aspirations to be an actress took her to places such as New York, New York.

Cathrine works in film, and television projects in Virginia, D.C. and other Mid-Atlantic regions. Just ask about her work projects with Showtime, Hulu, CBN, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Warner Bros and more. Have you seen her in the Sentara Hospital commercial? What about Towne Bank? Hint, hint: usually during the 6 o’clock news or football - even the Olympics!

Cathrine has written and directed many plays, pageants and variety shows over the last 20 years - not to mention her choreography!

In addition to all of this, Cathrine is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF). She teaches body toning, stretch methods, cardio-mix classes, various forms of Pilates, and CHAIR ONE FITNESS CLASSES.

With all that said, Cathrine wants to educate and train those around her who could benefit from performance coaching, exercise coaching, and creative coaching.

Whether it be the stage, or simply your success in school, Cathrine created HPAC STUDIO to offer tools and techniques for you to be the best performer you can be!
