Performance Coaching is a focused coaching session(s) intended for audition coaching, performance guidance, competition preparedness, as well as other professional tasks.

***Initial Consultation Fee FOR INDIVIDUAL: $50 (Required)***
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS:
$60.00/hour. (SEE “DEALS” PAGE). Walking, Stretching, Balance, Cardio, Weights & Strength, Toning, Pilates - Chair/Mat/Wall.
CHAIR ONE FITNESS CLASS/Individual:
$50/30 minute class.
$75/45 minutes class.
$100/60 minutes class.
CHAIR ONE FITNESS CLASS/HPAC GROUP INSTRUCTION:
Introductory Class/30 minutes:
$15/per participant (8 participant minimum)
Multi-Class Sign-up:
45-60 minutes -(4 class minimum @ once a week):
$20 total/per participant/ONCE A WEEK/8 participant min.
$40 total/per participant/TWICE A WEEK/8 participant min.
